Great experience from beginning to end My experience with Garden City Mazda was exceptional from the moment I walked into the showroom until the minute I drove out with my new Mazda Miata. My experience with Garden City Mazda was exceptional from the moment I walked into the showroom until the minute I drove out with my new Mazda Miata. As a matter of fact, it was great way after that. Luis Espinal is the salesperson who helped me and I have nothing but great praise for him. Luis was friendly and professional and he really knew the product he was selling. He made me feel comfortable and very confident in my choice of car. The particular vehicle I wanted was not in stock, but Luis assured me he could locate one which he did in a very timely manner. I've worked in new car dealerships and I have to say that Garden City Mazda's staff goes above and beyond what most do. Once we decided on the exact car, Luis went to manager, Francisco Espinal to work out a lease agreement that I would be comfortable with. I was very pleased with the outcome. When I came to pick up my new Miata, Raydennisse greeted me. She, also, was very pleasant and professional and definitely knew her stuff. She went over the details of the car, she explained the warranty, servicing, and gave me some tips about the Miata Club and how to get information on line. She then proceeded to take me to the service department introduce me to Ceasar and Michael. (Hope I got their names right, I was very excited at the time) I really thought that was an extra special touch. The men in the service department were so nice that I'm looking forward to bringing my car in for service. Luis then took me to my brand new car. It was indoors because of the torrential rain that day. He took the time to go over all the features and answer all my questions. Luis was very patient and didn't make me feel like an idiot when he had to over and over a few things. I really felt like I knew my car when we were done. When we were done, Luis introduced me to finance manager Eduard Pinero. Like everyone I dealt with Eduard was also friendly and professional. He explained and offered extended warranties and some extras. He was efficient and thorough and a pleasure to work with. I signed the papers and after some nice chit chat I was on my way. I was handed back over to Luis and he brought me to my car. I was ready to go with a full tank of gas. The weather was really bad that day and Luis said he'd call to make sure everything was ok which he did. As a matter of fact we've been in touch since then. Luis was available to answer some questions I had and was still friendly and very helpful even after the deal was signed, sealed, and delivered. Everyone I worked with is a credit to the dealership. I would recommend Garden City Mazda to anyone and everyone with no reservations. Keep up the good work. More

I told him the exact make, model, and color that I wanted, and Henry jumped through tons of hoops to find me my car (they had to drive it to NY from Delaware). I did my research, and I know how few of those dark blue hatchback s touring models are out there, and Henry made sure I got the car I wanted at a great price. Tina, who helped me out with the insurance, was also extremely friendly, and helped me save 500 bucks on my insurance a year!! Great dealership all around. More

Great dealership. This is my second new Mazda I've purchased from this dealership. My first was a 2010 Mazda 3 and I have now traded this vehicle in for a new 2015 CX-5 This is my second new Mazda I've purchased from this dealership. My first was a 2010 Mazda 3 and I have now traded this vehicle in for a new 2015 CX-5. The sales team , in particular Josh, was professional, friendly and very flexible in giving me the best possible terms for trading in my old car as well as purchasing the new one. First Time Buyer - Great Experience I walked in on a Friday hoping to leave with a car but expected to get some bad news because I am young with a limited credit history and assumed the I walked in on a Friday hoping to leave with a car but expected to get some bad news because I am young with a limited credit history and assumed the vehicle I wanted would be too expensive and if I wanted to get a car I would need to get the lowest base model. However with Henry's help I was able to get exactly what I wanted in terms of the exact model (Mazda 3 I Touring 4 dr Grey). Not only did I get the exact car I wanted, I was able to pick it up Sunday morning because it was delivered on Saturday. I was incredibly surprised with how helpful he was because I have gotten the run-around from car dealerships before because of my age and limited credit history(eg: needing a co-signer or needing to put down an exorbitant cash deposit) and I would recommend Henry and Garden City Mazda to anybody! 10/10 More

Initial trip to dealership to explore the car, to the actual purchase visit was approximately 1 week (and only 2 total visits). They were not aggressive, we mutually agreed on a price, without the annoying haggling that typically goes on, and that price was fair. Josh and George were very professional. They delivered exactly what I wanted. No surprises, exceeded expectations. The experience at delivery was outstanding, and didn't include any after market sales propaganda, or pressures to buy warranties, etc... I own a late model BMW and GMC Acadia, and would highly recommend them and Mazda. More

Phil Tochterman told me he would help I was interested in leasing A CX-5 G.T. Phil was a pleasure to talk with answered my questions Went for a test ride with Phil explaining and showing me the features. Sat down told him if he threw in A hitch and remote starter He had a sale. The mgr tried to tell me that it would take 2 hrs labor to install the hitch and an additional z2 hrs labor for the remote starter.. Didn't like how he came off,told him to keep it. I wound up getting the remote throw in. Test ride on a Sunday left a deposit was expecting to pick it up onThursday received a call Monday that I could pick it up on Tuesday, was expecting a 2014 was surprised when Phil showed me the sticker for a 2015..Painless experience for the most part. Both James and Phil were a pleasure to deal with. More

I found myself extremely impressed with his professionalism. I would imagine that there are good salesmen out there who cross that finish line of closing the same and once that point has been reached, they take their foot off the gas -- but not Josh. He spent as much time as my wife and I wanted/needed to go over all aspects of our new purchase. He took us around and introduced us cordially and formally to the service team. He really ended up making us feel like we made the right decision by choosing GC Mazda -- and Josh. My time with Anthony was brief. No upsell, no hard pitch.
