He never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable at only point. He was straightforward and worked very hard to obtain the right vehicle to met my needs. I came in with very specific requirements such as manual transmission only, Mazda 6, Soul Red, fog lights, rear deck lid spoiler etc. He quickly found the car that met my needs. Moreover, once I decided on the car, his communication was exceptional. I am an operating room nurse and I can never answer the phone on the job. He quickly determined that e-mail was the best means of communication and provided very detailed information throughout the week in order to process the transaction as seamlessly as possible. Bill also kept me updated step by step on the details of the vehicle's readiness. He carefully coordinated the timing of the vehicle's completeness with my availability to complete the transaction.
