Joseph Conrad (salesman) was a great person to work with along with manager Jason Mascia. They really met my needs and made me feel so comfortable about my new purchase. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and were so nice. They did everything they could to make sure I had the best experience possible. I had such a good experience with them that my mother is going to be leasing from them as well. Then when I had a question about my car a few days later Anthony from their service department was nice and answered my questions right away and sat down to explain everything to me. Everyone there made this a wonderful experience for me. More
Excellent I had a difficult time with the manager in Service, unfortunately. Unfortunately, things do happen with shortages etc but no follow through (on the work/order for parts) after initially leaving it in the departments hands to follow up on. I had to do all the numerous calls and messages with no calls returned. Dylan, (who is not the manager) who works with warranties was unbelievably helpful!!!! Dylan, not only patiently listened to my issue he went above and beyond what he could to resolve the issue. In addition, Dylan never made me feel that it wasn't a problem that couldn't be taken care of , even it meant after he was finished with his on work for the day and worked after the clock to get it done. This was simply something the new service manager could have easily resolved but refused. Dylan, showed exceptional leadership skills and is a huge advantage to your company! More

Great Service and a Few Laughs We were referred to this dealership on Long Island by a close friend whose opinion we value very highly. As soon as we walked through the door we could tell how organized this sales floor was. Each employee we walked by asked my girlfriend and me if we were being helped when at other dealerships we are looked at without so much as even a nod. My girlfriend's lease with her Nissan Altima was up in November and she was really interested in getting a new 2018 Jeep Compass. The three people who helped us were Hugh Ryan, the General Manager, Jason Mascia, the Sales Manager and Michael Kempton. Each of them made our experience extremely pleasant. They were very patient with us despite all the work we put them through and got us a great deal that was within our budget. I'm not sure why there are some reviews like I read on here because that does not line up with our experience at all. We felt bad because we kept them there until 8 PM on Saturday when they close at 6 but they were so courteous and we had a good time with some laughs. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to this dealership for their next purchase. Compared to the other Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge experiences I have had this one is the best. Definitely go here for your next car and ask for Hugh or Michael!!! More

4 WEEKS FOR A PART?! I paid a lot of money for my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and part of the reason I bought at Garden City Jeep Chrysler Dodge was because of how amazing the I paid a lot of money for my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and part of the reason I bought at Garden City Jeep Chrysler Dodge was because of how amazing the service experience was supposed to be. I'd like to start off by saying - to be fair - everyone I have dealt with, especially Dan Dengler, have been very courteous and polite. Dan has returned my calls promptly and has an informative update each time. That's all I've been impressed with up until now. And unfortunately, all I keep getting is bad news. I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from Garden City Jeep Chrysler Dodge, installed a software update to the Uconnect (Udon'tconnect) touch screen and now it doesn't work at all. One of the main reasons I bought this vehicle was to transport my wife, newborn twins, my 5 year daughter and their grandmother. Now I can't send heat to the back. I cannot listen to the radio, iPod or Bluetooth. My hands free calling no longer works either. From the first visit to the dealership to have the Uconnect issue repaired (September 9) to the expected date of delivery for a part (October 3) will be four weeks without heat for the passengers in my car, no hands free calling, no radio. When you buy a new car you also get something called a Platinum Program. This is completely worthless. If you want a loaner car while your car is repaired you have to wait for two weeks before one is available. If my car breaks down or needs a repair i need it done ASAP, getting a loaner two weeks from the date of the issue is pointless. So buyer beware. More

Jonathon and the team were excellent I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned Dodge Charger from here on June 21st 2017. A few weeks into the purchase, I started to notice a few problems. 1.The I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned Dodge Charger from here on June 21st 2017. A few weeks into the purchase, I started to notice a few problems. 1.The trunk access button on the rear would not work. (This was a very very helpful feature to me when it did work so I wanted it fixed) , 2. The Bluetooth module was bad so none of the voice commands or phone connection features worked. 3. The front passenger door lock was busted. 4. The tire pressure sensor was bad. With every used car that you purchase from here, you get a 3 month maximum care warranty as with most dealerships. However, you also get their "Platinum program" which also allows for free loaner car service, $8 oil changes for life and more. So, when I went in to get this checked out, my service adviser, Jonathon, did an absolutely impeccable job. He took care of my car and myself and went above and beyond my expectations. The repair list was lengthy so it was going to take about five days to complete and I was given a loaner car as well. Overall , the process was smooth and with minimal trouble. Now, the car is perfect thanks to the service department. Special shout out to Jonathon for the awesome care and great deal of respect he shows to every one of his customers. As well as the Mopar team for repairing everything and dealing with my gripes. Also a shout out to the cashier table for the loaner car. One heck of a ride, but, overall, an excellent experience. The older reviews are probably before they switched management or something. I highly recommend this dealership and their service department. Thank you so much guys. I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. More
