Best Car Buying Experience Walked into dealership, told their greeter at the desk I was just looking as my current lease was due in 6 months. I was told "ok, look around and if you need any help come back to me". WOW, no salesperson assigned to me immediately! I looked around at the various vehicles for 20 minutes and nobody bothered me, I loved it. When I had a question about a Wrangler, the young women at the front desk (sorry I can't remember her name) said a salesperson would be the best person to answer my question. I was introduced to Joe. Again, not a pushy salesman. He answered my question and we discussed the vehicle at length. When I expressed interest in leasing the Wrangler, and questioned how to return my car, as it was in the service dept. at another dealer, Joe introduced my to Jason Mascia- General Sales Manager. Jason explained how I should go about returning my vehicle very clearly. Cut to the chase, shortly thereafter I was driving home in my new Wrangler! Great customer service, great people, and a great deal! Would highly recommend them to family and friends. More

Whom from the start was not only professional but extremely transparent about the process and how everything would work. He put me in touch with Matt Stanisic who is probably one of the best salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, I told him how much I was willing to do a month and how many other dealers were pulling my leg about how ridiculous my monthly payment was for the Jeep Wrangler I wanted, I told him how they would tell me it is never going to happen unless I put down a crazy amount of money and that my trade was not worth me breaking even. Poor Matt listened to me complain and assured me he would do everything possible to get me into the Jeep Wrangler of my dreams!....well He was not lying not only did he get me into the wrangler that I wanted for the price I wanted, He made the process so simple, he came to me with the lowest offer possible and I was ecstatic to find it was lower than I expected. This dealership is transparent about the entire operation and I understand they have to make money and at the end of the day its a business, however, Matt treated me like a friend and the experience felt genuine, he cared about my situation and he and Jason kept me updated the entire time. Before Garden City I been through 4 other dealerships that day who did not treat me anywhere near the guys at Garden city did. I can't thank you guys enough! I love my Jeep Wrangler Winter Edition and I thank you all for making this day possible for me!!!. If you are in the market for a new Car come to Garden City its worth the drive!!!! ask for Matt....you wont be disappointed!!!!!! I really wish other dealerships followed your model. I also need to mention there was no haggling back and forth, Matt said here's what I can do and I said where do I sign! very easy process!!! Horrible Service We bought a car there back in April 2017. We were happy at first about the $8 oil changes. However, DO NOT GET THAT SERVICE. The poster outside the building says "Fast Service", that's not true. Absolutely the worse experience. Waited 2 hours for an oil change. And we were serviced last. Really bad service when it comes to waiting time. Oh and the worse... the oil life is still left at 5%. I just hope that they did change the oil and simply forgot to reset the counter. Unbelievable. I dropped my car of on a Tuesday morning (with an appointment) at 7:30 in the morning. Fast forward to Thursday, after hearing no word from them, I find out that they haven't yet even removed the tire from the car. After speaking with the manager on duty that day I was assured that the car would be ready by Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday and still no word. I call back only to be told that the car MIGHT be ready on Tuesday or Wednesday. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there were no managers on duty "because it's Saturday". I don't know about anyone else, but everywhere I have worked there is always someone in charge. This will absolutely be my last time getting my car serviced there. I won't even purchase another car from them even though I am quite fond of my salesman. This experience has left an absolute bitter taste in my mouth. More
