The only reason we bought this vehicle here was cause of color and options The sales and service is horrific at best.The recording I have speaks more than anything they have my attorney and two retired police offices were on a party line I heard every word of this so called yelling If I was a dog and I was treated the way this dealership treated me they would’ve all been arrested by the ASPCA I have a recording if I figure out how to upload it I will I contacted my attorney I contacted Chrysler when I call I contact the American disabilities at Service. I don’t waste my time with this nonsense dealer I paid it a special premium for this car and they conned me into some VIP membership if they don’t want me to get my car service that I have no problem just refund me the VIP service and I’ll never step in to any dealerships again the biggest car con artist I have a met in my life like I said if you want to deal with a bunch of unscrupulous people this is the place to go!!! A legit day at the Dealer This was the first dealership I went to in what I thought would be many of the day to price out a new SUV. I was greeted at the door by reception, and shortly thereafter met Youri. Very nice and personable from the first handshake. I was interested in the Durango, and we bounced prices, fees, down payments etc back and forth for a while. We came to a mutually satisfactory number, and I signed on the dotted line that day; driving off in my new Durango. There is no doubt in my mind that I'll be back to see Youri for another vehicle in the future. I also want to give credit to Youri's Manager Everette WIlliams who was instrumental in finalizing the deal. Both great people to deal with, and they should be commended for it. Hopefully someone from that dealership gets this to them to see. Apologies to them both for taking so long to give a review from a purchase in June but a newborn at home will distract the best of us.
