THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT For the 3rd time I scheduled my Wrangler for service and had to wait month to get a loaner car. After waiting a month I the morning off from to drop For the 3rd time I scheduled my Wrangler for service and had to wait month to get a loaner car. After waiting a month I the morning off from to drop the car off and go to work, only to be told that I didn’t schedule for a loaner. I the request to at least be give a ride to work 20 minutes away and was told that they couldn’t do that. I bought a 40k Wrangler and this is how they treat me. I would understand this happening once but not twice. I will never recommend this place to anyone More

Not only did he know everything about the vehicle I was interested in (JL Rubicon), he showed a general interest and enthusiasm about the vehicle as well. I will definitely be contacting Arturo for future vehicle purchases. Jason Merritt, the finance manager along with Eric Rivera, the general manager were extremely helpful with getting me into my new Jeep. They worked with my budget and provided me with the best price out of any other dealership. If it wasn't for them, there wouldn't be a brand new JL Rubicon sitting in my driveway. I have already recommended them to my friends and family and will continue to recommend them to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle. The dealership is very clean and also offers lots of ammenities. I look forward to bringing my car in for routine services. Buyer Beware I'm shocked to see all these positive reviews because that was absolutely not the experience I had. Sales team was meh but the service department was the most incompetent and useless I've ever witnessed in real life. There is very much a "not my problem" culture within this place and it shows. I should've known when I was dropping my vehicle off and witnessed the police have to come there an escort an irate customer out of the building. At the time I figured she was being unreasonable, however if I walked back in there today I doubt I would behave any differently. They had vehicle for two weeks to fix a taillight and failed to so, when I called them out on it they claimed they couldnt find the issue. There is duct tape holding the taillight on. They "did the breaks" 75 days ago....I just spent 800 on all new rotors and brakes and calibers, because the calipers were never good to begin with. I kept getting "ok we'll call you when the part comes in." (NEVER CAME) If you value your life or the life of anyone you invite as a passenger in your vehicle, please please please move past this place. Not worth it. I rarely write reviews, that's how strongly I feel. More
