Absolute worst service center. Bought me Wrangler here and always weeks to get a service appointment. This is third time I am attempting to use, I had a "Need Service" Light on, and they cant get me in for a month. Terrible More

Just brought my 2021 Grand Cherokee in for routine service. Not only were they fast in returning my car, the vehicle inspection was done perfect. The offered my car an alignment and a throttle buddy s service. Not only were they fast in returning my car, the vehicle inspection was done perfect. So don’t believe the sales gimmicks! Purchased a car from this dealership in 2011z the promise that was made with their Platinum Program was that I would receive $8 oil changes & free in Purchased a car from this dealership in 2011z the promise that was made with their Platinum Program was that I would receive $8 oil changes & free inspections for the life of the vehicle. Lo and behold today I brought my Jeep in for oil change and was told that they have discontinued the program. How do you discontinue a program that you sold as a lifetime benefit upon the sale of the vehicle? This is just one of a number of issues I’ve had with this dealership and its service department over the years .Never again will I buy a car from this dealership and you should think twice before you do.
