We worked with Gary Sanchez, Manny Merryman, Mike McKinnon and Andrew Shainin. All four gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable and patient with me in answering my multitude of questions. After our purchase of a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring vehicle, Manny sat with us for well over an hour and helped us set up our phones and explained all the accessories. The salesman Tony was very responsive and helpful. I do love the CR-V. Manny in detailing was very nice and a hard worker. David in service/repair was polite and acknowledge the issues. Service was fair to poor and left my truck with spots everywhere on the inside and outside from the protective coating I purchased. Communication to get a problem addressed was terrible at the time. Steven, sales manager, worked hard to accommodate the customer and address the issue, and feel he was doing his best. I'm still hoping for a happier ending. I still love my CR-V and have named her speckles. Update: I worked with the GM Mike McKinnon who was able to do research and did solve the issue. Garcia Honda cared enough to keep working toward a solution. I appreciate the additional effort, the resolution, and the care from the team. My truck's speckles are gone, but she will keep the name for fun. I love my CRV. Thanks Garcia Honda, and Mike, for your continued customer service and efforts. Read More Read Less

He took all the time we needed, never pressured, and answered all the questions. Actually, there were a couple of "why does Honda do that?" questions that he elaborated on, but didn't really know, and said so. I love honesty!
