I brought my 2020 Cadillac XT6 in for service because of a steering assist reduced warning message. I was hesitant because normally I do not have dealers do service on my vehicles. Boy was I surprised to get the service that I did. Everyone else was quoting 2 weeks to a month and a half before they could even look at it. I brought it in and Tim told me it would be one to two days for a diagnosis. When I arrived Levi was the service rep that assisted me. He was polite and professional. He told me he would call me and let me know what they find within a day or two. He called me the next day around noon and told me the repair was completed and I could come pick up my vehicle. I never expected to get the vehicle back the next day. I will definitely allow them to service my vehicle again based on this experience. Another great plus, the repair was covered under the powertrain warranty. When I went to get the vehicle it was washed and ready for me to pick up. Only negative was it seemed they were stretched a little thin when I first called. It was a little difficult to get to talk to someone. Had to leave message and wait for call back. Other than that I will definitely try them again when service needs arrive. However, this is my 3rd Cadillac and other than oil changes and regular maintenance we have never had a problem. Waiting now to look at a vehicle coming in September. Possibly it will be my 4th. Thanks Garcia Cadillac for a great experience. More

Scheduled a parts recall installment. Dropped car off only to have them call and say my parts ordered were used on another car. I have a 2019 Cadillac XT4 that has 28k miles on it. Cadillac says that have a 50k bumper to bumper warranty but the unhelpful service manager at Garcia Cadillac Tim Combs is unresponsive and unable to Cadillac says that have a 50k bumper to bumper warranty but the unhelpful service manager at Garcia Cadillac Tim Combs is unresponsive and unable to explain why flaking on a window pillar was supposedly denied by Cadillac and Cadillac is unwilling to send me the details of the claim. Tim blames the flaking due to going through the car wash. This vehicle has never been through a carwash, and has only been hand washed. Then it was the chemicals that were used to hand wash, that does not make since because the other 2 vehicles I own do not have this problem. The Cadillac warranty is worthless when the Cadillac dealership network is unwilling to facilitate. Goodbye Cadillac, I will sell this XT4 and never purchase another Cadillac. More
I've bought several Cadillacs from this dealership. I like the cars but more importantly the customer service as always been exceptional. Long waits with employees standing around (or playing games on their phone/computer), I've been yelled at, etc. When I contact the service manager it's nothing but excuses and it's worse the next time I need servicing. We were planning to buy another Cadillac but will be switching to something else because of this. One other issue: we needed servicing on our battery. I called and called for an available appointment but servicing couldn't get me in for a while after I called. I had taken my vehicle in for the same issue several times before and was told no nothing was wrong. When they finally found the problem they charged me for it because (my warranty expired the day before). Just more of the same thing. More
Worse service in Albuquerque. I have an extended warranty with them and they lied to me about being able to provide service for a broken strut. The service tech said the warranty wouldn't cover the strut unl with them and they lied to me about being able to provide service for a broken strut. The service tech said the warranty wouldn't cover the strut unless it was leaking and gave me a lot of misinformation. Things such as he couldn't get the parts. All lies. I called the insurance company and they covered my problem with Meineke. They are just lazy and liars. The insurance paid Meineke $900.00 that would have been paid to Garcia Cadillac. More
