The service was fast and right the first time. Battery died and got a jump to get to service center. They gave me loaner for overnight, and the problem was resolved the next afternoon. I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0 stars. I waited 2.5 hrs and work on my car was never begun. Called to make an appt yesterday for new rear brakes and rotors. Ashley said that 9:30 AM would I waited 2.5 hrs and work on my car was never begun. Called to make an appt yesterday for new rear brakes and rotors. Ashley said that 9:30 AM would be the least busy time and that the job would take about 1 ½ hrs. Arrived today at 9:30 AM and Colin said that at least one person out in the shop did not show up today and that it would take longer for the job to get done than usual, but that I would have my car back at noon. Accepted loaner car and gave contact information. Had not heard anything by 11:45 AM so I returned and saw my car outside thinking that the work had been completed. Learned from Mike that my car had not yet been in for service and I then exploded. This was a real inconvenience for me. I will not return anytime soon, if at all. A $468.55 job was on the counter at 9:30 AM and was still there at noon. It is easy to blame Colin for not notifying me of the extreme backup of work and that it was not moving, but the issue today lies at the feet of the service manager Jordan. If Garber can’t staff technicians out in the shop, why are they allowing appts to be booked/overbooked? How about being upfront with the customer? There are other places that do the kind of work I need done. More
