Garber service has terrible communication and they don't stand behind vehicles they sell. Had to bring a newly purchased used vehicle to them 3x for same issue. Was never fixed properly and now I'm stuck with the bill. Service manager (Jordan P.) was terrible. Made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to them. Instead of possibly earning a lifelong customer, we will never go back or recommend. More

I could not believe that the dealer screwed up by not transferring the wiring for my hitch when the hitch was transferred from one car to the other. This lead to a real mess for me as I had a rented trai transferring the wiring for my hitch when the hitch was transferred from one car to the other. This lead to a real mess for me as I had a rented trailer waiting to be picked up and no wiring. None in stock at any of the Subaru dealers in the area. A trailer company can get the wiring, but I have to wait a week to get it installed delaying my furniture pick up and adding a storage charge and new trailer charges. This is not the first screw up at this dealership and I am sure it will not be the last. More
