The kid was not very friendly to begin with. Asked me about tire rotation, I said please check if they are even then no thank you. When I asked if I could leave the dealership to get dinner while waiting he didn't seem impressed. Once the oil change was completed and I proceeded to pick up my car, he told me a total and I stated it was covered on my purchase agreement. So he went to go talk to my sales rep. Came back and said I should have told him before. I apologized (which I shouldn't have for his unprofessionalism) and stated that I wasn't aware that I needed to state it in the beginning. Perhaps a better way of, okay our apologies for the mis communication, I will adjust and print out new paper. Instead, asked someone out loud for the code to "put in the computer as a write off" and proceeded to be snippy. I went and spoke to my sales rep after, asked what happened and he said he is new and apologized for his non customer service skills because he's new. Well being in a customer focused field, I'd recommend he find some. Once I get my final oil change from my contract, I will find elsewhere for oil changes. More
