Service appointment was previously scheduled, when I arrived the service advisors all acknowledged me as I walked in and Tom spoke right up said he would be helping me. Previously I knew tires were soon in need of replacement and I had been researching a different brand. I have been disappointed with Michelin wear issues. I ok the replacement because of Tom’s phone call. Tom and Bob were able to provide the tires I was requesting. Overall great experience. More
