Always great service. Only minor concern is I had new tires and brake fluid changed and now have a squeaking noise on one of the tires. Was charged $170 and still do not know what is wrong with my car. Was told it couldn't be covered because nothing was found, yet said they reset the codes, and said they found a technical service bulletin th my car. Service appointment was previously scheduled, when I arrived the service advisors all acknowledged me as I walked in and Tom spoke right up said he would be helping me. This made the experience pleasant and I had the feeling he knew I was coming and he was totally prepared. Later in the day by phone I was made aware of tire concern. Previously I knew tires were soon in need of replacement and I had been researching a different brand. I have been disappointed with Michelin wear issues. I ok the replacement because of Tom’s phone call. Tom and Bob were able to provide the tires I was requesting. Overall great experience. More
