I had to bring in my Cadillac for service and a recall. I asked for a loaner and was told none was available. My wife followed me in to drop off the car instead of me waiting. I received a call that day saying the recall would take longer than thought and have to keep it another day, but now a loaner would be available, if I wanted to have my wife drive me the 30 minutes back to dealership!
