There were a lot of unknowns with making a switch from gas to my first electric vehicle. Franklin and the Garber Team helped to make the switch seamless and worry free! A fuel related module went on my '21 Acadia and the vehicle was towed to the dealership where I purchased it, even though it was not the closest GMC dealership. It took just over a week to assess and repair the vehicle. Luckily, it was covered under warranty. The only disappointments were the time to repair and I assumed the vehicle ran through the wash bay after service - maybe I was wrong. Because the visit did not exceed my expectations, I would probably choose a more convenient dealership next time. It is not a necessarily a negative, just an honest statement. More
