Had a leak in a tire and had to go back twice to get it fixed. Was not detailed when purchased. There was an axle and pinion seal leaking that was not addressed when inspected at dealer, now have to fix ou fixed. Was not detailed when purchased. As always, Kirk made to whole process smooth & efficient. The 2 hour appointment took less than 1-1/2 hours & he offered us a loaner while the car was in the shop. The inspection and oil change were completed efficiently. It was also recommended that the AC needed to be flushed and I agreed that this was an appropriate time for this vehicle.
