I bought a ram powerwagon a year ago. first issue was they bait and switch by advertising employee discounts online as a sale price;however if your not an emplyee that price doesnt apply. first issue was they bait and switch by advertising employee discounts online as a sale price;however if your not an emplyee that price doesnt apply. They offered 5 free oil changes to make up for the $3,000 that I ended up paying above the advertised price. i went in for my first oil change and was treated very poorly. I contacted the sales person(levi) letting him know. zero response. I then get an automated email from levi. I asked him to give me a trade value for my truck as i now have 50,000 miles on it. he said hed get me a price. never did.. if you want honesty and service i suggest going to another dealer. More
Don't expect to be taken care of down the road!!! Dealership does not cover their work being done there. Maybe if they did their work by the book it would need second hand work being done by properly Dealership does not cover their work being done there. Maybe if they did their work by the book it would need second hand work being done by properly certified mechanics. When dealing with any service at any location I expect that work to be warranted. Especially if the issue at hand comes from their work. Don't go here if you plan on taking off on vacation any time soon. Will most likely have issues cropping up with your vehicle being "IMPROPERLY" put back together!! More

He made the sale in our minds while answering questions as we drove over the jeep off road course with ease and back to the lot.. Failure on the jeep course would be future humiliation if purchasing a so called Jeep. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! This is a JEEP and it's ours! SWEET.
