Service department did not resolve my issues. They mis-diagnosed my vehicle after I had already explained to the series rep why I was bringing it in. I told them I have rear sway bar/bushing issu They mis-diagnosed my vehicle after I had already explained to the series rep why I was bringing it in. I told them I have rear sway bar/bushing issues. Rep stated well we recommend getting it diagnosed so we know for sure what it is. I agreed. Once completed, it was stated the technician heard the noises from the front of the vehicle, removed an old part and noise stopped. I picked the vehicle up and within minutes heard the same issues. Called back in and explained my complaint, I was only offered to bring the vehicle back in and not a refund. I STATED I would look somewhere else because that is poor service to a customer. More
