I took my truck in after the rear window defroster caught on fire. Forest they denied my over the phone without even seeing it. Then they said they’ll see it. After leaving it there I’m told they can’ caught on fire. Forest they denied my over the phone without even seeing it. Then they said they’ll see it. After leaving it there I’m told they can’t do it and I need to call their case manager to start a case……. You’d think that’s their job. So after a couple weeks I’m told, we are so sorry, we are required to report this and an investigator needs to meet you but there’s only a few in the country so it can take a while. It’s winter this whole time and I have a broken window that caught on fire. So I go get my truck and go out of town for a couple months for work. A investigator calls me and meets me at my hotel. He looks at it and laughs and says “ I can’t believe anyone would deny this warranty, it clearly caught on fire”. So he approved it and I call the dealer. They seem hesitant about me telling them it’s approved. Eventually it’s confirmed and I take the truck there. They fix it and did a great job. Until I got home and realized my back seat was installed wrong and I can’t access one of my seat belts at all. Not even by digging in there with my hand. And the center seat belt it over extended and won’t retract. They just left it that way. I’m not thrilled with my experience More
