Brought car in for oil change, tire rotation and factory recalls. I mentioned when you change lanes with no blinker it should beep, doesn’t work but they said it did. Shows my trunk is not closed on dashboard. When you get out of car and lock it with remote, to check and make sure it is locked by pressing button, it does not beep. Had my brakes redone about 2-3 week ago and they began to make a grinding sound. Took it in and they said there is definitely a problem. I arrived at 8;00 for this service. After checking it out they had ins make a grinding sound. Took it in and they said there is definitely a problem. I arrived at 8;00 for this service. After checking it out they had installed the wrong bake pads. They ordered new pads and the rotors had to be turned again due to new grooves from the wrong pads. A while later they came and told me they sent the wrong pads again and it would take another 1/2 to 3/4 hour to get new ones and when they did get them it was another hour+ to complete work. I ended up leaving 41/2 later at 12:15! Not a good situation! Very unhappy about the entire issue! More
