Ted in the body shop did a great job on the repairs to my vehicle. The customer service was great at the desk also from getting the estimate, to getting it scheduled, to getting me a loaner vehicle and gett vehicle. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told I needed a cabin air filter, shown the dirty one. Was charged $40 labor to change this filter which is about a 5 minute job even for me doin Was told I needed a cabin air filter, shown the dirty one. Both of the rear tires were 3 and 4 lbs under the recommended pressure, so it does not appear that the pressure was checked, More

We were very satisfied with the work that was done on our new Silverado.
