Took 122 days for them to finish my car after an accident. Played the blame game on insurance assessments, when it was actually a them problem and they didn't have the parts to finish a car on the l accident. Waited 1.5 month for nothing. Then finally they made a plan to finish mine, 2 weeks turned into 4 weeks finally "done", got my car back with paint on the windshield and driver's side door and window, and it needs an alignment that all should've been removed and completed while my car was still there. All while I have been paying out of pocket for a rental car, I asked for a rental from the service center as the delay was from them and a different vehicle, and the response I received was "we don't do that", all while it was being delayed from excuses about insurance and mismanaged time on garbers part. More

My wife called last week for an appointment, when I showed up we weren’t on the list. Said they could work it in, called at 3:30 probably not, would be first thing on Tuesday.
