Had a 9:30 app for a front end alignment and I made it clear that I was going to WAIT and they said OKAY. They finally pulled my truck in at NOON 2.5 hours late. After talking with a manager, they made a clear that I was going to WAIT and they said OKAY. They finally pulled my truck in at NOON 2.5 hours late. After talking with a manager, they made a no charge for the service. I didn't request that and they did that on there own. It was very nice of them to do that so all is good. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly during each of my visits. My Salesman was very attentive and caring with respect to what I was looking for on my new truck.
