Went in for an oil change. Scheduled for early morning because during the day it gets really busy there and the parking lot seems to be congested all the time. They handle a lot of fleet vehicles so good luck getting a parking spot! Guy at the counter in the service center told me I had signed up for an air filter change and I didn't realize I did. He said he would have them look at it to see if it needs changing. Afterwards he told me they did not change the air filter because it did not need changing so I appreciate them not adding that to the bill. The bill was high enough like everything else these days.
