She showed me many different options and eventually i feel in love with a 2016 Nissan Altima. They let me take it home and get a feel for if i liked it. I knew it was the car for me. She promptly got papers together and was able to get me approved and on my way. She even went above and beyond to get me a second key at there expense. Great, smooth purchase from 2.5 hours away! I was in somewhat urgent need of a new pre-owned car and was doing most of my research and searching online as the inventory in my town was quite limi I was in somewhat urgent need of a new pre-owned car and was doing most of my research and searching online as the inventory in my town was quite limited. I found an SUV I thought fit all my needs at Garber (2.5 hours from where I live). I spoke with Melissa on the phone and I told her I could be at Garber the following day by lunch time so she began my credit approval and "held," the SUV for me. Once I arrived at Garber, I did a test drive and I was able to complete the sale and drive off the lot in under 2 hours. I received a copy of the 72 point inspection that Garber performs on pre-owned cars, they filled the tank and ran it through the car wash for me. I felt very confident in my purchase and had peace of mind that it was a quality vehicle (buying pre-owned can be nerve-wracking!) Everything was very easy and quick and I love my car! More
