We purchased from Garber in Midland recently. Our process from beginning to end was smooth. We had a great salesman, Don Ferguson, he worked with us on our deal until he was sure we were happy. He was patient and stayed in contact with us as we were waiting for our car to come in. He took the time to go over every detail of our car with us before we drove off the lot and got everything set up on our vehicle for us before we drove away. We had a trade in and the used car manager, Larry Parsons also came over when we were receiving delivery of our new vehicle to congratulate us on our new purchase and thank us for our business. The business manager we worked with, Gary Ashley, was professional, detail oriented and explained everything that we needed to know. If you are looking for a no nonsense experience with great customer service and a professional, dedicated staff--Go to Garber in Midland and ask for Don Ferguson to get your process started! JR as a person is very friendly. After purchasing my truck, I found out he tried to pressure my family into giving him their unused family discount codes. My family was very unsettled with his handling of the matter. As far as the service department, I would give them 0 stars. They originally deleted a service code off my truck with 200 miles on it telling me they didn’t know what was wrong with it. Then less then 25 miles after getting it back, the light came on again. At this point they kept my truck for 2 days to change a mass air flow sensor. Then I made an appointment to get my oil changed there. I had a 9:30am appointment. At 11:10am I returned. My truck hadn’t even been moved or worked on. They told me they didn’t have a hoist big enough to work on my truck and it would be “at least” another hour. I live 20 miles from them, so now I have to make an extra trip back later just to get my truck. More
