My wife and I went to this dealership looking for a new vehicle. There weren't many Traverses to look at around our area. Ryan took the time to help us find some in the outlying area so we could look at re vehicle. There weren't many Traverses to look at around our area. These guys suck. They try n stall out a purchased warranty in order for me to pay out of pocket. Then they charge my card for no reason, forcing me to dispute it at the bank n get a new debit card. warranty in order for me to pay out of pocket. I've taken my vehicle in 3 times to this shop with the same issue every time n they tell me it's a solenoid. my vehicle still shifts hard. word of mouth is huge when it comes to owning a business. This dealership is full of typical salesmen. I stayed in contact with Rich, the guy who sold me my 2016 equinox. Almost the entire time i was having shifting issues and eventually electrical issues.
