Very bad communication and I paid 1600 for a service and my car is still doing the same thing for which I explained to the service agent from the beginning. First of all he didn’t understand or did not write down correctly what I said and called me to give me the incorrect diagnosis, after I had to explain to him that what he said had nothing to do with what I took the car for, and he called me back the next day to say he misunderstood what I said and now said it may be something else, not only did I have to pay 99 for the first diagnosis, I had to pay another 164.95 for a second one since my car was there for like 7 days... unacceptable service for my first time taking my car there.. and I was recommended this place More
