Scheduled an appointment a week ago for 1pm. Was told it would be a 90 minute wait even though I had an appointment. Went inside to sit down and do some work while I waited for my car, and was told I had to would be a 90 minute wait even though I had an appointment. Went inside to sit down and do some work while I waited for my car, and was told I had to wear a mask by an office employee. I was much more than 6 feet away from those in the waiting area and facing away from others even. I put the mask on nevertheless. After a few minutes I looked up and noticed the same person who told me to wear a mask had taken hers off, yet she's working consistently with customers. So since I was far away from anyone else, I took my mask off. After a little bit another woman came and told me to put my mask back on to practice social distancing. Expect I was socially distant already.... and I asked why the employees weren't wearing masks and she said because they're sitting behind a counter. But there's no barrier between 'behind the counter' and where customers are. The dealership is a joke. From the time we purchased to this singular service appt, employees are rude, the employees we worked with were dishonest, and were unprofessional. Honestly the company was run much better by Christensen than it is since they switched to Garber. Would never recommend this company. Rick in service though was nice and helpful during our service appt. More

LP got me right in to have the Zurich service protection applied to my vehicle. He made sure I had a loaner to use whole my vehicle was being serviced. He made the process very simple and fast. I was in and applied to my vehicle. He made sure I had a loaner to use whole my vehicle was being serviced. He made the process very simple and fast. I was in and out in no time. Then once my car was finished I was very impressed that they had also cleaned and vacuumed my car. Very pleased with the service Dept and with LP. Great job Garber keep up the great work More
