A strong maybe for a recommendation, but not a yes. It took several attempts to get an appt. Your people take forever to answer the phone. However, once I got into the service dept, most of the people It took several attempts to get an appt. Your people take forever to answer the phone. However, once I got into the service dept, most of the people were friendly & were very helpful. A simple oil change became a 4-5 hour job to replace a gasket, because there was an oil leak. Brought the car back in on Wed, & was later informed that it would take 6-8 hrs for the repair. I was offered a loaner car, but I declined. I'm not upset about the extra wait, but I'm upset on how long it takes to get recognized on the initial contact of getting someone to recognize that you are there, especially when one is looking for a car. I will give the mechanics a top rating. More

They inherited a tragic mess, due to poor paint application, and poor craftsmanship from a previous body shop and garage. As a result of their work, my Camaro looks, and performs, similar to when it rolled off the assembly line in Van Nuys, California, and delivered April, 1991. When I called to get my SUV in for a service AWD brakes light the man I spoke to was very rude. Very short with me on the phone as if I was a bother. Even though I have an extended warranty I was so upset light the man I spoke to was very rude. Very short with me on the phone as if I was a bother. Even though I have an extended warranty I was so upset I told him never mind I'll take it somewhere else! He got nicer then. I've had this problem at this dealership before but I was told the same man was no longer there. When I got there the man who checked me in was extremely nice and helpful. So we're the girls in the office. So other than talking to this first man I had a good experience. Just maybe find people to answer these calls who are a little nicer to the callers. I really did say never mind I'll take it somewhere else! (I am Wayne's spouse-I am the one who made the call and brought the car in.) The man did get me a loaner which was extremely helpful as I work every day and the car was there a couple days. Next time I will have my husband call since obviously this man did not like to talk to women. We've purchased a few cars here from Bob Avalos and have sent family to him as well. Too bad the service department Is a poor representation of your dealership. Anthony was who took care of me once I got there and he was very nice. I am not sure who I spoke to first. Thank you! More
