I felt I was swindled. I had my vehicle towed in to the service department. After a long diagnostic I was told there was an extensive amount of work needed on my car. Paid 9.97 for a part and 690 dollars for labor alone car not running. Labor rates are truly ridiculous More

I had a traction control light on that the first guy that greeted me said we will take a look at that but when they told me my car was ready and I asked about the display they said they didn’t notice it on. greeted me said we will take a look at that but when they told me my car was ready and I asked about the display they said they didn’t notice it on. Service wait was short, found a few things and the issues were explained, one thing they did find was a nail in one of the tires and was also repaired during the visit. Only disappointment was they didn't wash the car after the service, not a negative but would have been nice. I wonder if any of the service dealers give a quick wash anymore. More
