Garber Chevrolet Highland - Service Center

Was having issues with a problem battery, called Samantha in service and was able to get a firm price with installation and was able to bring in the car for immediate service. It took me longer to drive to G in service and was able to get a firm price with installation and was able to bring in the car for immediate service. It took me longer to drive to Garber Chevrolet then it took to hove the battery installed and the charging system checked out. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly face and was taken onto the service personal area to get the paperwork going. While I was working with Samantha, the individual who greeted me was now covering the steering wheel, driver head rest and seat in plastic, to help keep it clean, NICE! I would have rated Samantha with 5 stars but he name and picture were not in the service department list. More

Fast, clean, and courteous. Only thing missing was the new sticker that estimates when my next oil change should be. Also forgot to rest oil change computer back to 100%. Joe and the receptionist there was amazing !! No problems always checked up with updates with my car . My car was ready fast amd done greatly !! Garber service department is just so nice and helped me with my 2011 equinox. Fixed or replaced the items we discussed and maintenance required. I was very happy with Jim in service who helped set up e with my 2011 equinox. Fixed or replaced the items we discussed and maintenance required.
