My experience at the dealership started out terribly when I came in 11/22. Worked with Ricardo and could barely understand anything he was saying because he was mumbling the entire time. To make it even more I came in 11/22. Worked with Ricardo and could barely understand anything he was saying because he was mumbling the entire time. To make it even more frustrating, he was more concerned with whomever he was texting with than helping me and explaining the things he should have. When it came down to signing papers, there were other programs that I would be paying almost $1700 extra for that he never mentioned at all. Maybe if he would have put his phone down and actually gave me the time and consideration that is warranted when I am purchasing a vehicle, he wouldn't have neglected to mention things he should have. By the end of everything I felt extremely frustrated and felt like I couldn't trust anything that Ricardo has said up to this point, so I left without getting the vehicle I wanted. The next day I received a call from Angie who talked me into coming in and working with a different person. Thankfully Kevin came in and saved the day! He actually gave me his time of day and explained everything in depth as well as walking through all of the aspects of the car. It was such a night and day difference from Ricardo to Kevin. I wish my experience would have started with Kevin instead of someone who was more concerned with their cellphone than anything else. Thank you Kevin! More

Well I must say your service advisor Samantha Berg is a prime example of customer service excellence. From the time I pulled in she acknowledged me. She then greeted me and proceeded to ask about my concer prime example of customer service excellence. From the time I pulled in she acknowledged me.
