Well I must say your service advisor Samantha Berg is a prime example of customer service excellence. From the time I pulled in she acknowledged me. She then greeted me and proceeded to ask about my concer prime example of customer service excellence. From the time I pulled in she acknowledged me. She then greeted me and proceeded to ask about my concerns for my vehicle. She constantly kept me updated without me having to look for her and even got me a complimentary car wash which was a bonus. Samantha needs to be promoted to a position where she can teach others about how important customer service is because she has mastered it.
