I thought my remote start was not working, but it turns out that I was just not using the key fob properly. I was charged $80 for them to tell me which buttons to press on my key fob to remote start my car out that I was just not using the key fob properly. I was charged $80 for them to tell me which buttons to press on my key fob to remote start my car! I was also told I needed to replace my battery which I did not have them do. I took it for a second opinion the next day and was told my battery was in excellent condition. All they needed to do was show me how to use the fob to remote start my vehicle and let me go home a happy customer. But due to the circumstances I experienced, I will never use this service department again. Very disappointed! More

The service was nothing but perfect for the oil change and tire rotation on my wife's car and the car I drive. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, and as always very knowledgeable.
