I went January 4th on a Saturday to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was told by Zach that the price for this will be increasing to over $100.00 !!! I can't believe the price is going up by that much. I've come to Laclaire's/Garber for years, my husband and I bought both brand new vehicles here in the last few years. Since Garber has taken over we've notice customer service is NOT the same anymore at all. You definitely don't get the small town, "we are here for you" at all. I Certainly miss Russ being the service person to answer the phone and he was always more than helpful and was a true caring worker and took pride in knowing most of the "regulars" that came to Laclaire's. Now, I heard he's basically been demoted to a job that makes know sense at all. What a shame. I honestly don't know if my husband and I will buy another vehicle here again. Not to mention, I've had major issues with my blazer, not confident about GM products anymore at all!!! Laclaire's has lost that hometown feeling since Garber took over, sorry not seeing any good out of this! More
