I never like to score less than a five. I really like this Garber dealership! I received a call that the part for my vehicle was in the week before. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am I really like this Garber dealership! I received a call that the part for my vehicle was in the week before. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am the following week. I drove my husband's vehicle to work. He took mine to dealership at 9:30. After waiting a bit, they offered to drive him home. I called later in the afternoon: they should be working on it soon...my husband received call later. Right box, wrong part. Came and got him around 4:30pm. No ETA on the correct part. I am so bummed. It's a 2021. I've already been waiting for another part for over 2 months. Obviously these aren't vital parts to be able to drive the vehicle, but I use these broken pieces. Not the dealership fault, but the factory, how can you build a vehicle and not have parts available for repair? Except for it taking all day to realize they had the wrong part. More
