I have never been disappointed with service at Garber State St. Over the years I have worked with Mike Jarvis in the service area and have every confidence in him. Does not stand behind their repairs. Doesn't listen to customer issues with an open. Just claims that they are not to blame for other issues that were caused by their repairs. Issues happened twice from a repair that was completed by them. The first one was fixed immediately since it happened 20 miles away from the shop the day I picked it up!! The second one escalated daily with condensation on the windows and later water on the inside of the car. But since "they" have never seen this issue happen before of course it isn't possible. Tony at the collision center was very condescending and not understanding of the problem. I would not recommend those work ! *Since this review was written I have been contacted by garber management about my experience. We worked through the issues of my service and they have repaired my car with minimal cost to me. More
