The one I picked was a recent lease return, so there was a delay waiting on the title from GM, but he has kept me up to date and offered a drive to bring the car 2 hours north when the title is in. That's great service. I would recommend Mike and the team to anyone. More

My service rep is Adam. He's great. Does his best to keep me up to date on what my car needs as well as seeing if there's any coupons or ways to save money available at the He's great. Plus He's super friendly as are all the service reps there. They're all very kind, He's just my guy that I work with. The dealership is nice, clean, and modern. Love that they offer coffee, pop, and sometimes snacks while you're waiting for your car. I don't know why but for some reason everytime I go into a dealership I get hungry and those free snacks really make a difference. LOL! The mechanics are great. They don't leave my car all messy when they're done and my now 10 year old car sounds brand new when she's done with her service. Any time I've had to directly talk to one of the mechanics, they've always been super friendly, helpful, and clear on what's going on, what's needed now, and why, or if something can wait and for how long. Love this dealership's service department and I hope to continue hoing there for a long time. More
