I actually shared my concerns with both the General Manager of Garber in a detailed email which he never responded to. I also sent my concern to General Motors, they did respond to that customer complaint. My concern providing sensitive information is because it may end up on the dark web. To further demonstrate my concern I received a note today from a very public organization "Aflac" that their system was in fact breached in June 2025. Seems to me that sensitive information on many servers is having a problem with being protected. I did ask the General Manager of Garber to delete my conversation from his server. He did not see the need to even bother to respond. Sorry!

No I do not want to discuss any further as the GM has chosen not to respond to my emails describing my concerns so I do not see the value in further correspondence. You may do your best to protect customer information but so do other companies profess to do the same thing that is why so much personnel information ends up on the dark web. Delete my information from your server permanently is really the only solution because I honestly do not trust any organization can actually secure customer information.

As a reputable dealership, we provide our customers with a free Carfax report for pre-owned vehicle purchases. When you completed the financing paperwork for your truck, we provided a copy of the Carfax report to you, of which you signed. We do not and cannot alter a vehicle’s Carfax Report in any way. It is deceitful when you are shown 1 page of the car fax report. You showed me 1 page with my signature, what about rest of report! I explained to my salesperson, Africa that I do not purchase vehicles with blemishes on a car fax report, but she assured me it was just a tire and rim that had been replaced as vehicle hit a curb. There is no way I would have ever purchased a vehicle that had been in 3 incidents, 2 of which the vehicle had been towed from scene! Also a few days after I purchased vehicle I had a blow out where the tread completely unraveled from tire. It damaged the inner wheel well, ripped off molding on rear quarter and mud guard. Your certified mechanic said he has never seen such a thing in 20+ years and looked like a re-tread! You folks in no way made good on this as well (Africa got me the small molding piece), but nothing else was addressed. I had to fight for a tire which they finally agreed to replace, but damage was never fixed. They also told me they had to replace rear shocks, but they replaced front shocks and not rear! Why say one thing then do another. I recently found out that rear shocks should have been replaced and the reason being is they are bent. Horrible service and stand by my comment of your dealership being deceitful and or incompetent.
