But what best exemplifies what Georgetown Subaru is about is this: Before purchasing my first Outback, I asked if it came ready for Satellite Radio as this was important given my time spent on the road.I was told all I needed to do was transfer my account. After purchase,while transferring my Satellite radio account to the new car,I was told that it in fact required a $600 installation kit for Satellite. I went directly to Mr.Paul Garavel, President of GS, who took one look at the window sticker for the new car, noted that it read,"Satellite Radio", and said,"If we said 'Satellite Radio', that's what you get!" And within an hour, cheerfully and at no additional cost to me,that's what I got. What more can I say! More

Don Hill is unusual for a car salesman. He has excellent interpersonal skills. Don listens, is calm, objective, not at all the unfortunte type of aggressive sales person. I was in the market for a new car and my mechanic told me that in his opinion the two most reliable car companies out there are Honda and Subaru. After doing some research I went to see the Honda's in Danbur that in his opinion the two most reliable car companies out there are Honda and Subaru. After doing some research I went to see the Honda's in Danbury, Ct. and did not find anything that interested me. I then went to Georgetown Subaru in Norwalk CT and was pleasantly surprised when I test drove the 2012 Outback. The car responds very nicely with the 3.6 liter Boxer engine. The interior is very roomy and comfortable not to mention all the extras on the model that I purchased(3.6R Limited) Don Hill who was my Sales Consultant and he took care of every single detail in a timely manner and was even able to get me into the car 2 days earlier than originally planned (at my request). Don did not pressure me in any way what so ever and he was there to answer any question I had about Subaru in general. Due to the non pressure approach that was taken by Don I was able to buy a car that I liked which was not forced on me. Don gets 2 thumbs up! (Semper Fi) More
I went to Georgetown Subaru after having a horrific experience at Stamford Subaru. I regretted buying a certified pre owned pile of garbage and had a bad taste in my mouth from the experience. I met Chris Aylward in the service department the first time I walked through the door to Georgetown. He was friendly and related to my bad experience with one of his own. This was 2 years ago at this point I think. I am a loyal Georgetown customer and have had the pleasure of dealing with Chris most times I come in. He is an exceptional human being and changed the way I feel about auto dealerships forever. More
