Perfect buying experience My wife and I drove over 50 miles to buy our new Subaru Forester from Garavel. Sure we have many closer dealerships, but none of the local dealerships My wife and I drove over 50 miles to buy our new Subaru Forester from Garavel. Sure we have many closer dealerships, but none of the local dealerships seemed to care about our business. Garavel had the car we wanted in stock and was prepared to make it worth our while to take the trip. Having a great price was only part of the story. This was not a typical buying experience. Everyone we dealt with was extremely transparent. I know this is hard to believe, but we didn't have to negotiate price, the car was cleaned and ready when we arrived, our salesman Darren McNeill was friendly, polite, and completely professional. Our F&I manager Tom was great as well. No hard sell! I simply told him what we wanted and we received it without any attitude or problem. I would recommend Garavel Subaru to anyone who wants a straight deal with excellent customer service. We've bought many cars in our lifetime including BMWs, Mercedes, and Lexus. This dealership gave up nothing in customer service to the high end brands. More

Excellent experience buying a used Subaru Our son was looking to purchase a used Subaru, we found quite a few very impressive cars online at this dealership. We met Chaim in the used car depar Our son was looking to purchase a used Subaru, we found quite a few very impressive cars online at this dealership. We met Chaim in the used car department and found him to be no nonsense, no BS. We found one car we really liked and Chaim went to extremes to make the car as perfect as we liked, including installing leather seats for modest cost. The business side of the deal was handled equally impressive by Jose. We were pretty close to the end of the 30 day dealer warranty when we noticed a bubble in a tire. We knew it should be repaired but prepared for a challenge, but that did not happen. The service department was excellent, mad e few tweaks, gave us a new tire, and made us a very satisfied customer family. We will definitely come back here even though it is a 50 mile drive. More

Garavel Subaru exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in the door and one of the technicians opened the door for me as he was about to walk out, until I left on time, a couple hours later. The entire experience and atmosphere was relaxed, stress-free and actually enjoyable. Yes, enjoyable. There was no high-pressure sales pitch to purchase additional service for my 30K miles service. I explained what work I had done personally, and discussed my driving habits, miles driven per year, etc, and determined exactly what I needed done. The technician was friendly and actually took the time to listen to me and answer my questions on a couple warranty items. I never felt rushed by anyone, or that I was taking up too much of their time to answer my questions. Garavel is a long drive for me, and certainly not the closest dealer, but I am looking forward to brining my car back there for future work. it is well worth the trip More
