Worthless Service Department Experience Good luck if you decide to deal with Ganley Service. It took them 3 days to perform a simple recall and diagnose my car for a brake malfunction. They failed to enter my car into their system when it was dropped off after I gave them all my information. I had to make roughly 10 phone calls just to get this finally resolved. It became apparent that they were ignoring my calls and I even got hung up on once. Pete in Service is the worst, he is passive aggressive and treats you like you have a low IQ. He tried to charge me more than I was quoted for a diagnosis and made it like pulling teeth to get this remedied and finally release my car to me. I could go on and on about the level of fail that occurred here, but I will leave it to this, DON'T GO HERE as they will hold up the reputation for a stereotypical shady Dealer. More

It was spotless and I researched it on Kelleys, black book, NADA, and cars.com. There end price for the car would have been higher then the other dealerships I spoke with. So, make sure you don't get pressured to make a deal until you are comfortable with the bottom line. I ended up buying from another dealer and got the price and trade in I was looking for. A More
The Ganley Advantage First off the new dealership is awesome and is located conveniently of a highway. My recent visit there was for an oil change service for my Cruze. Th First off the new dealership is awesome and is located conveniently of a highway. My recent visit there was for an oil change service for my Cruze. The staff is awesome and the building itself has a lot of cool things, I am a soccer fan so they had the World Cup on when I got there. They had me fill the paperwork and had my car in for the oil change. I asked the guy at the front desk how long it will take for the change and he said because of us being busy with recalls about an hour. It took the mechanic less then 40 minutes, they had my car out and even gave it a great wash. I got my keys and was on my way. Ganley is a great dealership, with great selection of cars at a great price and an even better service department. That is the Ganley advantage. More

Some under warranty and some not. They listen to my concerns and are always willing to help to try and solve the problem. My 2011 Traverse has been frustrating to say the least so far. More

I do have a very bussy schedule, when a called to make an appointment, they gave me all the possible solutions just to drop the truck for service. Beside the schedule maintenance, they took care of some ad appointment, they gave me all the possible solutions just to drop the truck for service. Beside the schedule maintenance, they took care of some additional steps (buffering) some glue marks at tail door and also some stains in front bumper, very professional service. They gave me a pick up time and my truck was beautifull and shinny, I am a very happy costumer.. More
