Prelude to a Good Vehicle Sometime ago, I stopped in to see Mark (who had since retired) I met Tom Gedeon, who was very helpful and listened to my concerns of what I was looki Sometime ago, I stopped in to see Mark (who had since retired) I met Tom Gedeon, who was very helpful and listened to my concerns of what I was looking for. I tried out several vehicles at that time and could not really make up my mind on my choice. I came back on another day and tried out the 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee , and really liked it, but initially could not decide on which was my best choice, due to price etc. I fell for a White Grand Cherokee Overland on the showroom floor, however at the time the price was not in my range. I came back on several occasions to look at it again and again. This vehicle had for accessories all and more than I really needed. The main issue to me was the Black Interior. I know it is more practical but summer heat can be very unappealing with this color. After considering many options, Tom aided me in my selection. I advised Tom that my lease was coming due in August. In order to fulfill the lease we decided I would order a vehicle in May/June to arrive on about about Jully/August. There was some delays during this time for various reasons during the building process and Tom kept me abreast of what was that as it became available.. Sometime later he contacted me to tell me the frame/chassis what built and the next day it went to trim. We were then awaiting inspection and transport, again Tom kept me appraised of where and when it might arrive. On several occasions I would drive by the dealership to see if it had arrived. On one suck occasion I found the vehicle in the lot on a Sunday afternoon. I had in fact looked the night before and it was not in. I emailed Tom (which sort of took the wind out of his sails) but we set up to get it ready on Monday for delivery. On Friday I picked up my Vehicle. I couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle and how Tom handled to whole issue. He took all the time that was needed and help to get the best deal and vehicle for me. I will be a Gedeon customer whenever I need a vehicle. Thank you Tom !! More
