We enjoyed the "no hassle" sales process, upfront transparent approach to the numbers. Finance rep, Jay Smith was extremely pleasant to deal with, and he did a good job of distilling all of the confusing sea of numbers into a few clear, concise totals that needed my attention. We would highly recommend the Gandrud dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More

Legendary Customer Service, second to none! I've bought many vehicles in the past, but Gandrud sales staff went out of their way to make my experience of buying a car feel like the first time. I've bought many vehicles in the past, but Gandrud sales staff went out of their way to make my experience of buying a car feel like the first time. I was looking for a specific car to buy with a trade, and not only did they find the car I was looking for, I received a more than fair trade on my other vehicles. When I showed up to talk to SAM about getting a new car, he was not there so Dylan helped find the car. When I showed up to get the car, all the paperwork was ready and Sam spent extra time past closing to answer questions and show me the new features on the car. This type of customer service requires great teamwork and Gandrud has it all! More

I also wanted every number explained to me. I made this purchase by myself- and as a female, this process is daunting- BUT! I wasn't really alone because Matt made sure I was making the right decision, the decision I wanted and felt comfortable with- and he explained everything along the way.
