Had an appointment and when I arrived , the service guy told me I didn't have an appointment and should get in the other lane. Then I had to wait about an hour to get in!! I got just an oil change and had told me I didn't have an appointment and should get in the other lane. Then I had to wait about an hour to get in!! I got just an oil change and had to wait another hour for it to be done! The shop KIDS just took their time as they were playing around like little kids! You need to hire responsible people NOT LITTLE KIDS!! I doubt I will come back! More
