Their advertised prices were the best in the state and they did not try to sneak in any hidden fees or costs like a lot of the local dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Few things I wanted to mention, found my rear shocks were leaking on my trade in, which made my loan numbers not add up (250$ under initial trade in value) but they still honored my quote and didn't make me pay any more than we had agreed on earlier. They also threw in a free set of weather tech floor mats, which was the cherry on top. Mike Walters was very professional and knowledgeable and recommend him as a sales rep. Pressureless purchase I wanted to replace my 14-year old, 238,800-mile Jeep Grand Cherokee with a similar model. When I asked about a 2017 Grand Cherokee Laredo carry-over I wanted to replace my 14-year old, 238,800-mile Jeep Grand Cherokee with a similar model. When I asked about a 2017 Grand Cherokee Laredo carry-over, I expected a bit of pressure toward a 2018 Summit or TrailHawk, both with more substantial price tags. What I received was an invitation to test drive the vehicle, casual conversation during the drive, and no pressure, even for the purchase of that vehicle. The salesperson, Nathan Wendricks was respectful, thorough with his explanations and descriptions, and allowed the product and dealership to do the selling. My closing words to Nate, Ian (the Business Manger) and Steve (a Manager who thanked me for the purchase) were, "When my other (1999) Grand Cherokee needs to be replaced, this will be my stop."
