Mike W was our sales consultant and he was professional yet easy to relate with and wasn't pushy. He was knowledge and if he couldn't answer our question, he quickly found the answer. Jay was also easy to work with regarding the financing. He had everything lined up and ready to sign so it was an overall seamless process and I was out the door within 30 minutes, driving my new car home. Great job guys! Price switching and No Return Calls I found a car on Gandrud Dodges website. Went down there right away. Test drove car and was ready to buy. I have purchased several new vehicles in the past few years and this was my first experience with a Chrysl We appreciated the no-pressure environment. I have purchased several new vehicles in the past few years and this was my first experience with a Chrysler dealership. I was pleasantly surpised that we did not have to deal hassle with the sales or finance guy on getting a price on the new vehicle we felt comfortable with. We also felt we received a fair trade in value for our 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe. I spoke with Jeremy the night before we went in and he was extremely personable on the phone and at the dealership. He had the car ready we initially went to test drive however, we did change our minds a few times. Jeremy was nothing but helpful during the selection process. However, after waiting over 3 hours (in the dealership's defense it was a very busy Saturday morning and they were short-staffed) we were escorted out to our 2018 Pacifica to be told there were scratches but, the body shop would take care of it. After then being given to the manager - the situation was quickly resolved and new vehicle was chosen. We did have to wait another few hours for the new paperwork to be processed and completed while the new vehicle was cleaned. I sincerely appreciated the manager taking our concerns seriously and not pressuring us to take a vehicle that we were not satisfied with. We will return. More
