The service team here at Gandrud are top notch. They fixed an electrical problem with our Jeep everything is working as it should. My only real “complaint” is that when we realized we weren’t going to make it to the dealer to pay on site, it was a bit of a hassle to pay over the phone. I talked to four different people and asked to have the key locked in the vehicle. When we picked it up there was no receipt and no key in the vehicle. We live 25 minutes north of Green Bay so this was a bit of a hassle for us. Fortunately my job takes me to Green Bay often and I was able to pick up the key and receipt the next day. More
