There is not adequate enough signage to properly direct customers to their destinations. The building's grounds were littered with cigarette butts and other trash. I was not greeted by anyone. The staff member primarily engaged with assisting me was too soft-spoken and too timid; it was challenging to communicate with the person assigned to help me. Not one of the cashiers were pleasant. At best, the cashiers were indifferent. The first cashier with whom I spoke was downright rude. I do not trust the work performed on my vehicle. I am hoping for the best, but expecting the worst. I believed I was charged far too much for diagnostic and evaluative services. More
